through our websites and platform, including matrix.fun and beta.matrix.fun.

By accessing or using the Matrix.fun platform, including connecting a wallet, joining a

tournament, or claiming rewards, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We only collect minimal personal data necessary for the functioning of the platform. This

- Wallet address (via wallet connection)

- Tournament participation and game metadata (e.g., match outcomes, scores)

- Voluntarily submitted Telegram handles for tournament communication

We do not collect full names, birthdates, or other identifying information unless

voluntarily submitted.

4. Use of Data

We use your data to:

- Facilitate tournament participation

- Enable prize claiming through our non-custodial claim portal

- Provide tournament rankings and leaderboards

- Communicate with you (e.g., for support or tournament updates)

- Improve platform experience

5. Legal Basis for Processing

- Legitimate interests (balanced against your rights)

6. Disclosure to Project Hosts

If you join a tournament hosted by a third-party project, that host may receive your wallet

address and any voluntarily submitted data (e.g., Telegram handle) to facilitate

communication or distribution of prizes. The project hosts may be located outside your

country of residence or Switzerland, and there may be no European Commission

adequacy decision for the country in which the project hosts are based. It is your responsibility to

verify the location of the project hosts and to decide whether you wish to participate in

games hosted by such hosts. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks

associated with international data transfers.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your data from

unauthorized access or loss. However, no system is 100% secure.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required

by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

13. Language and Interpretation

The Matrix.fun website or application may be optionally translated into languages

including Korean and Simplified Chinese for user convenience. In the event of any

English version shall prevail.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland, unless otherwise required by

law.
